{ DIY Envelopes }

I was extra crafty this weekend.  With the holidays coming fast, I decided that I wanted to make homemade envelopes to give with gifts this year.  I thought that it would add just that little something to a gift card.

Step #1:  Items you will need.
  • Scrap booking paper (my sheet was 12 x 12, I could get 4 envelopes out of each sheet of paper)
  • Glue Stick
  • Scissors
  • Envelope for tracing
Step #2:
  • Trace your envelope on the backside of your scrap booking paper
Step #3:
  • Cut out each envelope then fold each flap.
Step #4:
  • You will use your glue stick to draw a skinny line of glue on the end of the flaps.
Step #5:
  • Repeat the process.  I was able to make four envelope out of each piece of scrap booking paper.

{ Happy Spookily Ghoulish Halloween }

In honor of one of my favorite holidays, Halloween, I wanted to share one of my greeting cards, Happy Spookily Ghoulish Halloween.  I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do.

{ Wedding Inspiration }

Today Love & Lavendar featured Jackie & Brandon's  eco-friendly wedding.  I absolutely love their color palette!  The one thing that I must say was a very unique idea was the pin wheel boutonni√®res.  What a great and affordable idea!

After viewing all of their beautiful wedding photos I was inspired and wanted to know how to make these pinwheels.  I came across this easy DIY tutorial at Style Me Pretty.    Now I have a weekend project!

Babies are a happy time!

It seems lately that everyone I know are having babies.  Babies are a happy time in all our lives and I am happy to say that I am going to be an Aunt again for the third time.  I can not wait!!  He should be gracing us with his presence in early November.  Baby C is going to have two great big sister to watch out for him.

This last month I was happy to make baby shower invitations for Becca and her son-to-be.  So in celebration of Becca's new arrival, Kaylon Lee, I thought I would share her giraffe themed shower invitations.
