Triangle Thank You Cards

Yesterday, I showed you how crazy I was for triangles.  Today, I want to share with you how I am incorporating this new obsession into some new items.

Thank you cards, set of 6. Available 03/25/13 for pre-orders.

Everything Triangle

The last month I have found myself gravitating towards anything and everything with a triangle pattern.  My first love was this Magical Thinking Triangle Chain Duvet Cover at Urban Outfitters. In a couple of minutes it was added to my cart, bought and me anxiously waiting for the shipping confirmation to be sent.

Since then I have found a few other triangle items that I just love love love!  So I thought I would share them with you.
1. Magical Thinking Triangle Chain Duvet Cover - Urban Outfitters; 2. Geometric Triangle Pillows - Mrs. Amron (Etsy Shop); 3. Double Triangle Ring - Fox Tail Boutique (Etsy Shop); 4. Green Round Tribal Labels - Once Upon Supplies (Etsy Shop); 5. Triangle Cards (set of 4) - Happy Dappy Bits (Etsy Shop)

Kourtney Bridal Shower

Yesterday I introduced a new wedding invitations suite, Kourtney. Today I would like to share with you the matching bridal shower invitations and matching recipe cards. The DIY digital files are available in the ETSY shop

Kourtney Wedding Invitation Suite

I have been busy creating some new wedding stationery for my ETSY shop.  It is the season for wedding invitations.

Lately I have been loving on chevron. I want it on any and everything, so why not incorporate it into some lovely invitations. One of the most popular color schemes I have seen this year have been yellow and gray, add a little blue in there and you have a great summer wedding invite.  Besides the chevron background of these invites, I love the wedding libs RSVP card.

Moving Forward

This year started with me making a resolution or more of a goal to dedicate more time to my business / Etsy shop. Or maybe I should say more creative design time.  As some of you already know I currently have a full time design position with a private college in Iowa but have always freelanced on the side (lots of long nights included).

When we first moved to Iowa 2 years ago I wasn't positive where I wanted to go with my small business.  I started out with a local bridal fair and then ventured into some bigger shows in Des Moines.  I currently do about 3 shows a year. It amazes me what a positive impact these shows have had.  Custom designing invitations for couples is a wonderful creative outlet for me.

So far 2013 has been already wonderfully busy for me with some great new clients and couples.  In the next couple of weeks I will start sharing some of my new designs that I am very proud of.
