Not sure how many of you know but I'd like to consider myself a little bit of a fitness junky (that might be putting it mildly). I am constantly looking for new workouts and moves to incorporate into my already existing routine, along with new events that will push me outside of my comfort zone.
I even get to test some of these workouts on a "lucky" group of participants who join me for class. Here is a little program we did a few weeks back. I like to call it Hanging Tough (this is where you name that artist).
